 J.J. School of Technology was established on September 1993.

 J.J. School of Technology is accredited by the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) and Licensed/certified by the NURSING ASSISTANT REGISTRY. The school provides the following training programs in Health Care; Nursing Assistant/Home Health Aid, Mental Health First Aid, CPR/First Aid where the individual can effectively demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary in health care settings.

J.J. School sets realistic learning pattern for the learners such as unit assignments, oral test, followed by formal unit test, practical performance (Skills) and clinical evaluation. We strongly believe that when the ideas in these units are systematically exploited, they help the learner improve human condition and promote high quality of life in health care settings.

NURSING ASSISTANT

A certified nursing assistant job description includes wearing many hats. Learn about the different tasks you'll perform. A certified nursing assistant's (CNA) main role is to provide basic care to patients, as well as assist them in daily activities they might have trouble with on their own, such as bathing.

Home Health Aide

Home Health Aide Job Duties: Monitors patient condition by observing physical and mental condition, intake and output, and exercise. Supports patients by providing housekeeping and laundry services; shopping for food and other household requirements; preparing and serving meals and snacks; running errands.

cpr/first aid

Instructors teach lifesaving skills. Certified by the American Red Cross or the American Heart Association, you work independently to teach the techniques of CPR and other first-aid measures to individuals and groups.

mental health Aide

A mental health aide, or psychiatric aide, assists in the care of mentally ill people who are housed in specialized care facilities and hospitals. The aide works under the supervision of a mental health technician, nurse or other professional to perform basic duties.
